We partner with Expedito and EMS Pos Indonesia for all international shipments outside of Indonesia.

Please be aware that orders might incur duties and taxes imposed by the customs of the destination country. It is the responsibility of the order’s recipient to pay any extra fees for customs clearance, as we cannot control or anticipate these charges.

Shipping fees are determined by the order’s weight and volume. If the total weight surpasses 1 kg, an additional kg will be included in the shipping charges.
After placing an order, you will receive a payment confirmation email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your package is shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to you. Your tracking information can also be found by logging in to your account and viewing your orders.
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it carefully. If your order arrives damaged, please send a photograph or video to our email at info@tamanhayat.com or via WhatsApp at +6281385975746, along with your order number, within three (3) days of the arrival date. We will gladly exchange your order or provide a refund.
Be reminded that all ceramic items are created in small batches and may vary slightly in detail — a reflection of their handmade nature. Imperfections are part of the character, not necessarily defects. However, if we discover any minor imperfections in the item you buy, we will share pictures with you before delivery.
