  4. Click ‘Submit’
  5. You will get an email to reset your password

ORDER & PAYMENT

Step 1: Browse Our Collection
Visit tamanhayat.com and explore our curated selection of handcrafted ceramics, home goods, and green living essentials.

Step 2: Select Your Items
Click on any product you love to view more details. Choose the quantity (and variation, if applicable), then click “Add to Cart.”

Step 3: View Your Cart
When you’re ready, click the cart icon (usually in the top right corner) and select “View Cart.” Review your items, make any adjustments, and click “Proceed to Checkout.”

Step 4: Enter Your Details
Fill in your billing and shipping information. Don’t forget to add any special instructions or discount codes if you have them.

Step 5: Choose Your Shipping & Payment Method
Select your preferred shipping option and payment method (bank transfer, e-wallets, etc., as available). Make sure everything looks good before confirming.

Step 6: Place Your Order
Click “Place Order” and wait for the confirmation page. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Step 7: Sit Back & Relax
We’ll carefully prepare and pack your order. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your item’s journey to your door.

Taman Hayat does not dispatch orders on weekends and national holidays. We will handle your orders on the next business days.

We accept Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), Bank Transfer

You must complete the payment within 6 hours.

To cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Service at your earliest convenience. Keep in mind that order cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been processed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We use the following courier services:

Domestic: Tiki or JNE

International: Expedito or EMS Pos Indonesia

JABODETABEK: 1 – 3 business days

Outside JABODETABEK: 2 – 6 business days

We partner with Expedito and EMS Pos Indonesia for all international shipments outside of Indonesia.

Please note that processing times may be extended by an additional 5 to 10 days, depending on your shipping address and the selected courier.

Please be aware that orders might incur duties and taxes imposed by the customs of the destination country. It is the responsibility of the order’s recipient to pay any extra fees for customs clearance, as we cannot control or anticipate these charges.

Estimated delivery times are calculated based on the number of business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the date you place your order. Please note that these are only estimated times and may vary depending on the destination.

Please verify that your delivery address details are accurate at the time of checkout to facilitate a smoother delivery process. Missing or incorrect information may lead to delays in delivery. We may contact you if we find any inaccuracies or missing details.

Delivery delays can arise from various factors, including pending payment verification, customs clearance issues, adverse weather conditions, reduced air cargo capacity, and local government-imposed lockdown measures.

No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.

For domestic rates, please visit tiki.id. For international rates, check expedito.co.id or ems.posindonesia.co.id. Please note that international rates may fluctuate due to changes in exchange rates.

Shipping fees are determined by the order’s weight and volume. If the total weight surpasses 1 kg, an additional kg will be included in the shipping charges.

After placing an order, you will receive a payment confirmation email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your package is shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to you. Your tracking information can also be found by logging in to your account and viewing your orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Upon receiving your package, please inspect it carefully. If your order arrives damaged, please send a photograph or video to our email at info@tamanhayat.com or via WhatsApp at +6281385975746, along with your order number, within three (3) days of the arrival date. We will gladly exchange your order or provide a refund.

Be reminded that all ceramic items are created in small batches and may vary slightly in detail — a reflection of their handmade nature. Imperfections are part of the character, not necessarily defects. However, if we discover any minor imperfections in the item you buy, we will share pictures with you before delivery.

REFUND POLICY

LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAMME

  • For every minimum purchase of IDR 500,000, you will receive one sticker, which is applicable in multiples for both online and offline purchases
  • Upon completing 10 stickers, you can return this loyalty card to Taman Hayat for validation. Alternatively, you may email a photo of your completed card, ensuring that each sticker is marked with a permanent marker, to info@tamanhayat.com or WhatsApp +6281385975746
  • You will receive a shopping voucher valued at 250,000 as a promo code, which can be used for both offline and online purchases
  • If our staff forgets to include the sticker, you can follow up, and it will be sent with your next purchase
